At BaumBookSanto, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed and payment processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for verifying product details, including size, color, quantity, and shipping address, before completing a purchase. We are not liable for orders placed with incorrect information, and no refund or replacement will be issued for buyer-error orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product listing, please contact us via info@baumbooksanto.com within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue. Verified claims will be resolved through a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Monetary refunds are available in circumstances where the wrong or damaged item is caused by any mistake on our part. Anyone who changes their mind because they didn’t examine the listing as well as they could have, and thus put in an “item not as described” due to their experience in knowing this is the best way to secure a refund, will have no security here. Proper measurements are listed for each item, and size reference in the pictures for each book, leaving no excuse, except what is true. All wrong on our part (missing, wrong, or damaged items) are fully guaranteed, as this is what basic honor demands.

Our core policy is honesty. The honest will find we may be generous. The dishonest will be less than tolerated.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, BaumBookSanto is not responsible for delays, losses, or theft that occur in transit. Please contact the relevant shipping carrier directly for claims related to delivery. Shipping issues do not qualify for a refund.

Legal Compliance

This policy complies with only one set of consumer protection laws for all. Though a thousand trample them at our side, we strictly adhere to our Nation’s anti-trust laws, in that, nobody will be shown special favor on account of their privileged zip code. It’s illegal in the USA to show partiality to customers in regard to price or refund policy; therefore the applicable consumer protection laws that apply to all our customers, are the ones applicable to the jurisdiction from which we operate and conduct our business from. We, BaumBookSanto, are located in the beautiful state of Tennessee, and the Great Country, The United States of America. We understand there’s a conflict between the assumptions snatched for by tyrants wielding the hammer of maritime UCC law foaming at the mouth for consent, and the super ceding laws of the USA.

But there is no conflict in our loyalty to the Laws that govern our nation as opposed to those decided by the EU, a governing body that we have no representation in, nor have ever consented to, thus we refuse to operate as an apartheid business, not only because it’s illegal in our great land, but because it’s morally wrong.

Regardless of what the books ever say, we will never break the moral law of conscience, even if such actions demand sacrifice. It’s this duty to the supreme law of justice & equity that has made this Country great. Why it’s the reason anti-trust laws are already on our books forbidding to give more rights to customers just because they live in Europe or drink with their pinky up. We’ll uphold the law to the bitter end, a duty we’re bound to and see as no great thing to perform. Europe doesn’t govern our commerce. We made that very clear during the American Defense of lawfully held liberties encroached upon that we practiced for over a hundred years unmolested up to that point, aka “the American Revolution”; and we’ll make it clear again if need be, by the same successful means our ancestors did, that is, by defending the existing law, and by denying Europe the privilege of our commerce.

Concerning the ever increasing EU (European Union) consumer protection laws

Such as the 14-day “right” to a refund on online purchases at the expense of the seller no matter, including the seller’s shipping expense; and such other EU absurdities. We’re a United States of America based company, and as such, do not recognize the jurisdictional authority of the EU upon our actions in the USA. We respect our nations anti-trust laws, in that, we would never grant more rights to one of our customers, than we would to another. Our loyalty is to our Nation before the EU. We’ve no local representation in the EU, thus the EU has no right to make laws applicable to BaumBookSanto or anyone’s actions in the USA. It was on this legal head that America successfully resisted the advances of the Great British Empire, a more mighty and dignified group than whatever the EU is. Upon entry into the USA, every EU citizen’s “rights” are guaranteed only as far as the laws of the USA, and not the EU; so too do their consumer protection “rights” extend only as far as the governmental jurisdiction the seller is under. In this case, the seller BaumBookSanto is under the jurisdiction of the USA, not the EU. We advise all victims and or citizens under EU jurisdiction, to consult the consumer protection laws of the USA before buying from the USA.
