“BE IT ENACTED by the Authority aforesaid, that whosoever shall clandestinely deal or traffick with any servant (slave), white or black, for any kinds of goods or merchandizes, without Leave or Order from his or her Master or Owner, plainly signified or appearing, shall forfiet triple the Value of such Goods to the Owner: and the servant (slave), if a White, shall make Satisfaction to his or her Master or Owner by Servitude (slavery), after the Expiration of his or her Time, to double the Value of the said Goods: And if the servant (slave) be a Black, he or she shall be severely whipt in the most public place of the Township where the Offence was committed.” -(Year 1700 Acts of Assembly of the Province of Pennsylvania, XLIX An ACT for the better regulations of Servants (slaves) in this Province and Territories)

This is a record of all their laws from the very first. It’s absolute proof of White slavery from the very beginning, & that most whites in America were slaves, lest they happened to own a Colony. “Servants, APPRENTICESHIPS, all the slave terms are clearly defined in this document, so that one is not ever again left to wonder. There be many weird laws full of symbolism no doubt, but laws just the same, like the very specific ones concerning a “Baker” and the 3 types of loaves he’s allowed to bake, & how all must be marked before the market. The most creepy portion I’ve come across so far, is the existence of “THE OVERSEERS OF THE POOR”. They’re this PA ordained religious police force who’s pretense is that they take care of the poor, when in reality defined by the law, they’re the slave drivers overseein’ PA property & scouting for new property, & by property, I mean no less than human flesh.
A certain “Charles Brockden” was the chief gatherer of these records in 1761 when this Government document was printed. I can only assume a relation of the author Charles Brockden Brown, born in 1771, who’s books we sell here, such as ORMOND, and DECADE PLANDEMIC OF AMERICA (1793-1803). Both of those books are about fake plandemics conducted for nefarious purposes. Assuming Brown to be the son of the one entrusted with all these records, & the fact he knew Benjamin Franklin and that he was most likely his Uncle, being then basically of American Royalty, it’s no wonder all of Brown’s Books are about the Conspiracy behind the dream & Ben Franklin being a Jesuit superspy who’s conducted experiments on Islands before Continents. But besides all my rambling, this record is a must have for all interested in the origins of this Great Nation. This is quite a record, & best to reserve a hard copy.
