This is the very edition that William Tyndale Used for his revolutionary English rendering of this manuscript. The 1522 Edition is one of the hardest facsimiles to find out of all of Erasmus’ editions. If one were fortunate enough to come across one for sale anywhere, expect to pay over a hundred; & hundreds if you want it in color as we are selling here.
QUALITY
The print is perfectly bold, crisp, & clear, unlike most facsimiles with spotted print. This is an original work of ours, & we’ve taken special care with formatting the scans of the original manuscript. We chose thick, chemical free parchment paper that’ll last forever & doesn’t age. For the binding, we used our secret glue not traditional to bookmaking, & a lot of it. The spine is harder than any hard cover. This beauty is built like a tank, to withstand years of combat & study.
We’re yet to see a facsimile with as high quality & durability as ours, & here we offer it at a fraction of the price.
We’re very experienced with international shipping & are discreet when listing the name of the product on customs so as to not put any at risk of religious persecution. “I bought this facsimile copy of the 1522 Erasmus New Testament to put on the shelf next to my facsimile copies of Tyndale's New Testament editions. This facsimile is high quality and a great value for the money, especially for what you will pay for the Tyndale editions (one by Hendrickson is out of print and the other is a premium hardback edition not produced for the mass market). I've not found this particular edition of Erasmus' NT anywhere else. If you're considering this Bible, you are probably not a novice in Ancient Greek; but if you are, a word of caution that it's not suitable for casual study. Due to the archaic printing conventions, i.e. ligatures, and to a lesser extent the Latin introductory material, it will be years until it might turn into a readable copy for me. (If you do read Latin, the Roman font is very readable.) If you're like me, you will want to have one so that you can appreciate the rich history of Classical Greek printing, and the Bible specifically. Every time I open it, it's a step back into centuries of time past.”

Reply: The type face is as big as in the pictures. Not "very small" at all. It's not "Giant Print". The Book is 8" x 5.5" as described. And a reproduction of what? That's an original production by Baum Books of all 4 volumes in one book. Yea, great condition & quality, as seen in the photos. Go pay $70 for the Harry Potter book if you don't like it. We'll accept your return, just pay for the shipping.
