This is a new & revolutionary approach to learning the Greek. This book was really well though out. It’s a program really. A practical way at teaching the Greek by going straight to the root words in conversation like style, constantly showing you all the connections between our language & the Greek, how so very many of English words are Greek, making it easy to memorize. It’s not a study at all. You’ll immediately start viewing English in a different way, a more way, a new light, the doors open up. That’s why this method sticks without trying, because anybody would wanna read this book just to see all the connections to all language, the learning Greek is a bonus. I’ve been studying Greek independently for years, and this guy’s approach is spot on. He goes straight to the simple universals, universals they don’t ever bother teaching at any regular Greek course; universals I know to absolutely be true, & I’ve never seen anyone teach them except this book, & I confess, my attention was brought to ones I had only a vague image of, this book making it crystal clear. It’s conversation like, almost like a sketch, exactly like reading plato, but it’s all to teach you Greek, & to teach you it fast.

“I bought this facsimile copy of the 1522 Erasmus New Testament to put on the shelf next to my facsimile copies of Tyndale's New Testament editions. This facsimile is high quality and a great value for the money, especially for what you will pay for the Tyndale editions (one by Hendrickson is out of print and the other is a premium hardback edition not produced for the mass market). I've not found this particular edition of Erasmus' NT anywhere else. If you're considering this Bible, you are probably not a novice in Ancient Greek; but if you are, a word of caution that it's not suitable for casual study. Due to the archaic printing conventions, i.e. ligatures, and to a lesser extent the Latin introductory material, it will be years until it might turn into a readable copy for me. (If you do read Latin, the Roman font is very readable.) If you're like me, you will want to have one so that you can appreciate the rich history of Classical Greek printing, and the Bible specifically. Every time I open it, it's a step back into centuries of time past.”

Reply: The type face is as big as in the pictures. Not "very small" at all. It's not "Giant Print". The Book is 8" x 5.5" as described. And a reproduction of what? That's an original production by Baum Books of all 4 volumes in one book. Yea, great condition & quality, as seen in the photos. Go pay $70 for the Harry Potter book if you don't like it. We'll accept your return, just pay for the shipping.
